Responsibilities include: assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and chemical dependency problems, as well as development and maintenance of a high-performing inpatient child & adolescent service. The Medical Director will also coordinate care for their patients with the full spectrum of community services offered through there behavioral health service line. In addition, the Medical Director serves as a clinical leader, resource, and preceptor for other staff and participates in program development and quality improvement.
