• Practice Structure: Monday thru Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with 2 providers: 2 PA’s, 1 flex RN and 2 Medical Assistances with Clinical Coordinator. Rotating (3) 10 hours shifts. From 2 to 5 patients an hour (flex)
• Benefits: 4 weeks’ vacation, 12 sick days, 6 paid holidays. Insurances: malpractice, health, dental, long term & short term disability and life. CME: 1 week with stipend: (3,000), 403B
• Excellent salary (no state income tax)
• Saturdays: 1 or 2 a month depending on rotation.
